After a call with your team, our hiring experts will create a job on Crewscale for you. You will be notified of matching candidates automatically after your job is posted. You will also receive account credentials for your Crewscale account. Log in using these credentials to see matching candidates and post more jobs.

The first step in hiring with Crewscale is sharing the hiring requirements for your organization. Once we understand what you’re looking for, Crewscale’s algorithm finds the best-matched candidates from a pool of qualified, pre-vetted developers. Matched candidates are then asked to confirm their availability, and show up in your “job pipeline”.
To view your candidate pipeline for a specific job:

To view more details about a candidate - in your pipeline, click on “View Profile” in their candidate card.
This takes you to the candidate’s detailed profile which contains information about their projects, work experience, personal information, communication details, and their assessment performance.
Your team members can review candidate profiles on Crewscale. To share a profile with anyone, use the following steps:
When you like a candidate in your pipeline, you can shortlist them and invite them for an interview.

If you do not like a specific candidate, you can reject their profile from the shortlist:
To put a candidate’s profile on pause, you can move them back to the pipeline. This allows you to easily access their profile later.

The first step is creating an interview calendar based on the schedule of interviewers in your organization. Candidates can view this calendar to pick a time slot for their interview. To create a calendar, follow these steps:
